Our Story: A Legacy of Craftsmanship Since 1950

For Michael Master, "hand-built" isn’t just a phrase—it’s his DNA. The foundation of Mike’s Personal Care Repairs LLC was laid three generations ago by two families who mastered the essential trades of the Greater Lansdale area.

The Bundick Legacy: Little Abner’s & Local Infrastructure

Our roots go back to 1950, when Michael's grandfather, Coley A. Bundick, Jr., established Little Abner’s. Originally a hub for custom carpentry and CB radio electronics, it represented the first generation of family service to the community.

Coley was a true master of all trades—an expert carpenter, electrician, and a pillar of municipal infrastructure. He helped design and manage the Hatfield Sewer & Water Authority, living on-site as its 24/7 guardian until his retirement. Alongside his son, Coley Bundick III, he passed down a deep understanding of how a home’s systems—plumbing, electric, and structure—must work in perfect unison.

The Master Legacy: Artistic Precision

On the other side of the family tree was Edward Master, Jr. Edward was a Master Carpenter, a professional electrician, and a talented musician. He taught Michael that whether you are wiring a circuit or fitting a delicate piece of crown molding, the goal is the same: harmony and perfection. From him, Michael inherited the "artisan’s eye"—the ability to turn a standard repair into a work of master-level craftsmanship.

Three Generations. One Standard.

Michael began his apprenticeship at twelve years old, learning directly from the Coleys and Edward. Today, with over 15 years of personal experience, Michael carries that torch forward. He combines the technical infrastructure expertise of the Bundicks with the artistic precision of the Masters.

When you hire Mike’s Personal Care Repairs LLC, you aren’t just hiring a contractor. You are hiring a legacy of integrity that has been serving our neighbors since 1950.

My grandfathers, Coley and Edward, who taught me that if a job is worth doing, it’s worth doing right. Their legacy is the blueprint for Mike’s Personal Care Repairs.

Before he was a master carpenter and electrician, my grandfather, Edward Master, served his country with honor. He taught me that whether you’re in uniform or on a job site, your word is your bond and integrity is non-negotiable. At MPCR LLC, we carry that same commitment to service into every home we enter

My grandfather, Edward Master, Jr., wasn't just a master carpenter and electrician; he was a gifted musician. He taught me that whether you are tuning a steel guitar or wiring a complex electrical panel, the goal is always the same: perfect harmony and precision. At MPCR LLC, we bring that same artisan’s eye to every project

Lessons from a Master. Michael Master, Sr. spent years showing me the ropes and emphasizing that 'Personal Care' means treating every client like family. I’m proud to carry his name and his standards onto every job site.

“Michael J Master JR” I grew up learning that a reputation is built one job at a time. Today, I’m proud to bring the combined expertise of the Bundick and Master families to every job site. When you see this truck in your driveway, you know you’re getting three generations of integrity and a personal commitment to your home

The Next Generation: Michael & Willis. My boys are the reason I do what I do. Just as I learned from my grandfathers at twelve years old, I’m teaching my sons that a man is defined by his work and his word. We aren’t just repairing homes for today; we’re building a legacy for their tomorrow
